Rewards Program Update
Effective 08/01/14, we converted our current items for points rewards program into a $$ program. Now, $5 will auto load on your card each time 80 points is reached. We are excited about this change as it will allow us to better serve you, our loyal customers, now and in the future.
What is the Groucho's® Deli Rewards Card?
The Groucho's® Deli Rewards Card Program is intended to show our gratitude to our loyal customers. Groucho's® Deli Reward cards are available at any participating Groucho's® Deli restaurant. Sign up to be a Rewards member to receive:
- Exclusive emails with special offers, events, and promotional information from your local Groucho's® Deli.
- Earn $5 on your Groucho's Reqards card for every time you accrue 80 points.
Do I need to register my Groucho's® Deli Rewards Card?
Yes. All Groucho's® Deli Reward cards must be registered, in order to earn Reward Points. To register, update your information, or check your balance:
- From the www.grouchos.com Home page tab, click on the "Register" link. This will allow you to create an account and register your cards. Registration allows you to be eligible for any special offers from the Groucho's® Deli location that issued you your card.
- Once you are successfully logged in, click on the My Profile tab. This will allow you to edit email address, name, address, phone number, and birthday information, as well as to opt-in or opt-out of special offers from Groucho's® Deli and change your privacy settings.
Groucho's® Deli Reward Card Program Terms:
Under the Rewards Program customers may earn (1) Groucho's® Deli Rewards Point for every dollar spent (pre-tax) on Groucho's® Deli menu items. These Reward Points will accumulate until they reach 80 points which will earn a $5 credit loaded onto your Groucho's Rewards card. Points earned are automatically calculated and added to your account at the time of purchase. You must present Groucho's® Deli Rewards Card at the time of purchase in order to earn Reward Points. If not used, Rewards Points will expire 36 months from the date they are earned, unless prohibited by law. Groucho's® Deli reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Groucho's® Deli Rewards Program at any time.
Reward Point Earnings:
- Rewards Points are earned for the purchase of any Groucho's® Deli menu items at participating Groucho's® Deli restaurant locations when a Groucho's® Deli Reward Card is presented is at the time of purchase.
- Customers may earn (1) Reward Point for every dollar spent (pre-tax) on Groucho's® Deli menu items.
- Reward Points cannot be transferred to other persons.
- Reward Points will not be issued for past purchases.
- You cannot earn Reward Points on sales tax, gift card purchases and reloads, discounts and coupon redemptions, or purchases made using your Reward Points.
