What is the Groucho's® Deli Card Program?
The Groucho's® Deli Card is a dual function electronic reward and/or electronic gift card that can be purchased in any amount from $5.00 to $500.00 from any participating Groucho's® Deli location. Groucho's® Deli Cards are reusable and reloadable so money can be added to them at any time. You can also use them as a reward card. Reward points are earned on purchases at participating Groucho's® Deli locations. See the Rewards section below for further details concerning Reward Points.

Where can I use my Groucho's® Deli Card?
Groucho's® Deli Cards can be used at any participating Groucho's® Deli restaurant location.

Is there any charge for using my Groucho's® Deli Card like cash?
No. This is a no-fee service that is offered to Groucho's® Deli customers as a convenient way to pay for your preferred Groucho's® Deli menu items.

Can I register my Groucho's® Deli Card?
Yes. From the home page on www.grouchos.com click on the "Register" link. This will allow you to create an account and register. Registration allows you to be eligible for any special offers from the Groucho's® Deli restaurant location that issued you your card. It is recommended that you register your card to protect any balance remaining on your card if it is ever lost or stolen.

Can anyone use my Groucho's® Deli Card?
Groucho's® Deli Cards are intended for a single recipient, either as a gift or for your own personal use. The Groucho's® Deli Card can be used by anyone in possession of the card.

Can Groucho's® Deli Cards be used for online purchases?
Not at this time.

Can I add more value to my Groucho's® Deli Card?
Yes. Visit any participating Groucho's® Deli location to add dollars to your card.

How do I check the remaining balance on my Groucho's® Deli Card?
  • Visit any participating Groucho's® Deli location and have an associate swipe your card at the point-of-sale terminal to inform you of your card's balance
  • Call the toll-free number 877-203-4039
  • Check your card balance online @ www.grouchos.com/rewards

Does my Groucho's® Deli Card expire?
Cash balances on Groucho's® Deli cards neither expire nor decrease in value over time, nor do they lose value due to non-use. Occasionally special Promotional Groucho's® Deli Cards that do have expiring balances are circulated on a limited basis; however, these Promotional cards are clearly marked as such with clearly printed expiration date on the front of the card.

What happens if I lose my Groucho's® Deli Card?

Please protect your card and treat it as you would cash. Unless the card is registered, we will not replace the points you may have earned or the cash value on a lost card. If your card is registered, we will suspend the remaining unused balance and a replacement card will be issued. Please contact rewards@grouchos.com for a Replacement Request Form. Mail the completed form along with the original purchase receipt to:

A replacement card will be issued for the lost or stolen card within 4-6 weeks after received. Under no circumstances will Groucho's® Deli replace location specific or corporate issued Promotional Cards.


Who can I contact if I have a question about my Groucho's® Deli Card?

Can I cash out my Groucho's® Deli Card?
Groucho's® Deli Cards cannot be cashed out for any balances left on the card unless required by applicable State Law.

Can I transfer one card's balance to another?
Provided that all cards have been registered under the same profile; to transfer one card's balance to another, select the "Transfer" button on the card you would like to transfer from. You can then select the card number you would like to transfer your card balance to.

How do I change/edit my account information?
Once you are successfully logged in, click on the My Profile tab. This will allow you to edit email address, name, address, phone number, and birthday information, as well as to opt-in or opt-out of special offers from Groucho's® Deli .

What if I forget my account password?
Once you click the "Login" link from the Home page, click the "Forgot Password?" link. Type in your email address and you will receive an email from containing a link to reset your password.
